"Okay," Lily agreed, squeezing Sirius's hand. "We don't have to talk about him if it upsets you. I get it. I don't really like thinking about the fight I had with Severus. I know you've never liked each other, but he's my best friend. Was my best friend."
She sighed and leaned against Sirius. "Let's just think about cake instead. It's much nicer."
