Ella swung their entwined hands gently and leaned into him slightly. She was sure she hadn't stopped smiling since they had kissed. "I totally don't even mind" she sighed, playing with her corsage. "What's your favourite thing to do at these things?"

It was nice to have her hand in his, it felt right, felt like "I... uh..." he grinned, slightly embarrassed. "I never went to one before I asked you to homecoming. So um... I think my favorite thing was like... I don't know... watching you dance," he blushed. "It sounds really creepy I know but you're always so cute," he giggled. "And happy. I like it when you smile."

"Well that's an easy request" Ella laughed, pulling Hen onto the dancefloor. They might have been the first couple to be dancing, but to Ella this whole night was her party. She hadn't even noticed any other guests. She pulled Hendrix closer to her and looked up at him mischievously before dancing a little to the slow music.

Hendrix was feeling a little self conscious when she pulled him onto the dance floor. He felt like he couldn't hide anymore, especially being so tall. He let himself be pulled along though and started dancing. "Well how can I say no to that grin?" he said pushing a strand of blonde hair behind her ear.
