She blushed deeply, glad that he couldn't see her face. She would probably never get used to compliments. "You probably say that to all the girls," she teased, even though she was hoping it wasn't true. They hadn't really hammered out the details of their thing yet, as Meka had been calling it.

"Only the ones who bring me cookies on my birthday" Sim said awkwardly. That was sort of hinting she was the only one at the moment and he wasn't sure if he was prepared to do that yet.

"Which by the way, is most of the female population of this school, as you can tell" he joked.

Meka smiled secretly, knowing then that it was just them and she was okay with leaving it at that. She turned her lips briefly, to leave a little kiss on his neck.

At his joke she laughed and pushed his chest, turning to face him. "Hey! I don't see the mountains of cookies, did you eat them all before I got here?" she teased, poking his belly.
