Keegan could certainly be one of the 'bros', as they have a few things in common and I can't see why they wouldn't get along really well. Dueling, quodpot, Rienzi, girls, outspoken, slightly obnoxious at times, etc.

Casey would get along with him too, although Case is a much more calm personality in comparison. And he's not so much chasing after girls as being horribly flustered by them.

Quinn... I have no idea. They're in the same grade as well as Dueling. So I'm open for anything on this one. Though, she does have a pretty good set of bewbs. XD

He and Casey might get along more.. passively? TJ is MORE than willing to share his 'skillz' with the ~ladies~ with Casey though, if he ever has a desire to get his face broken by the first girl he tries it on.

Casey tries to get along with everyone, so they'd get along. As casual as it may be. Vinnie has taken Casey under his wing and so far, it seems to be doing okay. Well... okay... it was mostly the booze.

See, Quinn likes that deal. Any guy she can get to do things for her in return for something rather simple she tolerates and keeps around.
