I think Gray is a little perturbed by Frankie and Tatum dating. Frankie isn't exactly one for the LONG TERM either, so it makes him question his own value--and his relationship with Hunter. SECRETLY OF COURSE.

I definitely see him paying attention to all women ever until Hunter walks in the room, and then he'll immediately abandon WHATEVER girl he's talking to, to go hang out with Hunter. XD He's like a puppy. BUT HE'S NOT TIED DOWN. NO. HE A FREE MAN. >.>
