open to joshua
Andrew still wasn't quite adjusted to staying at the haven, but he was managing. He went back to Seattle for a weekend on his own and the house had just felt empty without Joshua. He was back in Cold Water by Friday night to stay at the haven with his boyfriend. It was so strange how Joshua had changed from something he'd bought, to someone he loved. Andrew was still struggling with not bossing the kid around. Now that Joshua was part of a pack, he had a much stronger back bone, and that was new as well.

It was nearing the evening when Andrew's car pulled up, an expensive 1967 navy blue Mustang. It was new, something he'd bought that morning when he was bored and alone. It was actually for Joshua, if the boy wanted it. At least for them to share, or something. Andrew knew that Joshua wouldn't straight out accept it if he tried to give it to him, but if Andrew said it was theirs, then Joshua would.

He headed up the steps and into the house, having learned that he was allowed to just walk in a long time ago, and was immediately hit with the smell of a home cooked meal. That was one thing he really did love about the haven. There was always so much good food. He headed for the kitchen first, to see if maybe Joshua was there.

The floating certainly hadn't been expected and Joshua got to his feet just so that he could stick his nose against the man sooner. Now his tail was wagging because he just couldn't help it. But it was a dignified sort of wag--he was the kind who wouldn't put all of his cards on the table right away.

As Andrew grew closer and closer, Joshua circled and then sat, not wanting him to hesitate or worse yet, start going back up. But as soon as his feet touched the forest floor, Joshua lunged at him. It wasn't threatening, though in the rush of fur, it might have seemed like that.

The little wag of the wolf's tail was assuring, but Andrew still was a teeny tiny bit apprehensive. Deep down, though, he knew for a fact that Joshua wouldn't really hurt him. And if he did, well, Andrew trusted him enough to chance it.

The sudden leap at him got a little shocked 'oof' sound out of him as he found himself falling backwards, and he landed against the grass with a thud on his back. He blinked in shock and just sort of stayed still, knowing that pushing at Joshua would only rile him up even more.

	He took the liberty of lying down on Andrew since he seemed so obliged to stay still. He liked being on top of him; he made a very comfortable bed. Pressing his wet nose against Andrew's neck, Joshua snuffled a little, finding the smell very agreeable. If he could nuzzle any closer, he would have, but he was already crushed too close. 	Andrew relaxed easily, and he lifted a hand up to ruffle his long fingers gently through Joshua's fur. He scratched behind the wolf's ears and let out a quiet laugh. He couldn't help but wonder if Josh could even understand him at all in this form, but it didn't seem to matter. They seemed to be doing just fine communicating without words. Oh, that felt good. He leaned his head into the scritch and his tail started to wag again, thumping against Andrew's legs. His warm tongue lolled out before he started to lick Andrew's face. Overzealous, he grazed the man's cheek with his teeth, though he didn't draw blood, just a little red mark. When he realized it, he licked that too, a wolf-apology for getting too rough.

"I think you might be heavier in this form than your human one," Andrew said with a faint laugh as he closed his eyes and wrinkled his nose up at the licking. The graze of the wolf's tooth against his skin wasn't too bad, and he just relaxed and enjoyed the warmth of the wolf on top of him paired with the cool ground beneath him. "So, if we lay like this, you'll shift back naked won't you? Where are your clothes anyway? Lost them, didn't you."

Joshua was the worst about his clothes. He always tore right through them, never thinking to take them off first.

Even though he couldn't understand the meaning of the words, Josh liked hearing the man talk. The more he talked, the more the wolf's mind strained to understand and started making connections. Andrew. The man's name was Andrew. That felt like a breakthrough and Joshua barked once as if to announce his newfound knowledge.

But soon enough, he settled. Normally, he'd want to run and get his energy out, but no part of him wanted to move from where he was right now. He was going to rest and maybe fall asleep, and shift back.

Joshua certainly did go through a lot of clothes, but Andrew never seemed to mind and he kept Joshua's wardrobe nicely stocked. He was sure that Joshua didn't really notice it, honestly, because he was just so good at it.

The bark was loud, and Andrew let his head fall back to rest against the grass as he arched a brow, trying to figure out what that bark meant. When Joshua settled, though, Andrew did too and he closed his eyes with a yawn. A nap after the long drive back from Seattle sounded pretty perfect right then.

	During the nap, he slid off of Andrew's body and when he woke up, he looked down to find himself naked. "Either I shifted, or you're getting so good at sex that you're knocking me unconscious." 	Andrew had fallen asleep, but when he heard Joshua's voice he came around. He rolled over and yawned, pressing his face in against the top of Joshua's head. "Guess not," he mumbled happily as one of his hands dipped down to squeeze at the curve of Joshua's ass. "You knocked me over, though. Well that compliment was enough to get him going and he kissed Andrew again, this time with a little more purpose. Wriggling back on top of him, he felt the nakedness of his body rub along the length of the man beneath him and he groaned a little at the feel of it. "Yeah?" he murmured against his mouth as if willing him to go one about how strong and lovely he was as a wolf.

His mouth moved to Andrew's cheek and then down his neck as he tugged the man's shirt down so he could lick his collar bone.

He wanted to quip that he was pretty sure they both could 'get off' with him grinding on top of Andrew, but he held his tongue and sat up to work his nimble fingers at the fastenings of his lover's clothes.

Soon enough, he had his pants undone and off and Andrew's shirt lifted up and over his head. He made no qualms about just chucking the fabric into the brush before he laid himself back down on top of the sorcerer. The way their skin touched was electric and even though it wasn't wolf energy, to Joshua, it was just as good. It felt more like home to him because Andrew was who he wanted.

Andrew really hoped that none of the other wolves decided to go for a run, and if they did, that they steered clear of them. But the moment that Joshua started to undress him, all worries about that went right out of the window. He lifted his hips and groaned softly as he felt the energy of Joshua's wolf roll right through him, and he moved his head to press a hungry kiss to the younger boy's mouth. One of his hands slipped up to tangle into Joshua's hair, and soon enough Andrew moved so that he could roll his weight and settle on top of the Joshua.

Joshua could not have been moved to care if one of his packmates happened along. They would just have to go away. He let out a disgruntled growl when Andrew flipped him over and he squirmed. With powerful hips, he jerked upward, trying to dislodge Andrew from on top of him. But all he managed to do was grind himself up against the other and he groaned. Well, so much for being the dominant one. Now all Joshua could think of was Andrew inside of him and he slipped his knees up so the man could settle between them.

There was no feeling that even begin to compare to what it felt like when Joshua yielded to him like that. Knowing just how dominant the other's wolf was, and feeling the power of it, Andrew felt incredible. Only Joshua could make him feel that way. Still, a part of Andrew worried that Joshua might need someone submissive one day. Someone more like Wendell, or Vance. Pushing those thoughts away, Andrew sighed at the feeling of Joshua's hips rubbing against his.

"You're so fucking gorgeous," he moaned.

Josh loved hearing that. He grinned wickedly, feeling as if he could be dominant a different way. He had Andrew wrapped around his finger and it felt so good. Lifting his feet up, he wrapped his legs around Andrew's waist, rocking his hips up to grant access. "Fucking being the important word here," he laughed and wiggled his eyebrows suggestively. He loved to joke in the middle, setting it up where Andrew could snap him back to attention. He loved having the floor whipped out from under him.

	Andrew grinned right back, and he pressed a kiss to Joshua's mouth before he kissed his way down, leaving a trail of nips and flashes of teeth mixed with tongue along the boy's abdomen. He had not been expecting that and his blue eyes widened with surprise. Joshua had been bracing himself for a hard, quick fuck. He loved those, but this--oh this was good too. He let out a choked little cry as his head dropped back and his heels dug into the ground. Somehow, doing this out in the woods was a million times better for him.
