There is another hunter in the Gotham night, the hunter, and he follows Huntress' progress unseen. She's going up against people tied to a major cartel out of Puerto Rico. Batman has been tracking their movements and money for some time, trying to make certain they never gain a real foothold in Gotham.
He doesn't want the mob, or worse, thinking they can come into his city.
Eventually, he'll catch up with Huntress to give her a bit more information to go on before she continues her search.
"Good work, so far." he says, offering her a rare compliment.
