Tim sits at the computer, going over everything Lian, Batman, and his contacts have given him on the League. He needs a miracle tonight. He's got to find Jai West before Damien can use him for whatever insanity he's got planned.
Damien is building a weapon that requires a lot of energy to operate. He's kidnapped Jai to power it, so it's got to be big. He's got have it somewhere that people aren't going to notice it and ask questions immediately. So it's got to be out of the way.
"Something of that size would give off an energy signature if he's ever tested it before now. He'd be a fool not to. I still don't know /what/ the machine is used for and...damn it!" Tim growls in frustration, pounding on the desk.
This whole thing is eating him alive.
