Dex was coming back from a quick patrol of the solar system and decided to make a stop in LA. Rose suggested he see a few other cities when he got the chance just to familiarize himself with Earth's geography. He decided to swing by LA and take a look around.
He was passing through when he heard some off key singing. He decided to check it out. He landed on the roof.
