Roy pulls up in front of the safe house, checking his gun one more time. He couldn't give Wilson time to speak, or he'd make Lian feel guilty about leaving him and she might falter. He had to put him down before anything happened.
He puts the gun in his holster, then gets out of the car, heading into the building and up the stairs.
Soon, there's a knock at the door.
