Cindy had spent most of the time clutching at Nic and trying to make sure Steven was as close to okay as possible.
Eventually, she neede some fresh air.
And, admittedly, she was upset for many many reasons, but one of them...
How dare that imposter waltz in and try to take Steven? How dare she try to lay claim to Nic?
And then, suddenly, there was a bit of orange light, and something was accomodating itself around her stubby little fingers.
