Kyle was in a little bit of shock at the snarl and attack at him
Kyle had taken some self defense classes as was pretty darn good at it mainly for dealing with unruly patients. Not wanting to hurt her he redirected her attack.
He called over to where he knew one of the orderly should be. “Derrick I need a sedative right now,” He says before listing off the amount.

“Mrs. Gantz you’re in a hospital I’m here to help you,” He says before he has time for a closer look.
What he saw he didn’t like something was definitely wrong here and he didn’t really know what.
