"David Daniels", as he's introduced himself, descends from the sky to land before the pair.
"As much I would like to continue this mutual admiration society we've established, we've have pressing issues, Green Lantern. There are more of these Black Lanterns about and we must defeat them." he says, his ring glowing from his fingertips.
Damien knew the ring was only at half-power and dropping fast. For the first time in forever, he found himself hoping Henry would succeed at something other than being a nuisance.
He also hoped Henry died sacrificing himself and that there was nothing left of his corpse.
Damien dreams big.
