Cerdian becomes aware of the other lights in the area the moment they arrive and notes who has shown up. He believes that the girl is Traya Smith. She was friends with Iris. He doesn't know the Green ring bearer at all, but that has no bearing on what is to happen.
However, the voice of the yellow ring bearer is one he knows all too well.
"I suppose these fools allow just /anyone/ to join up these days." Cerdian smirks, his body melting away to join the water around him before Firestorm's containment unit finishes, Traya's blasts and Damien's attack can gain ground.
At that moment, the jets of water shoot forth at the trio, trying to blast them all from the skies.
