Morgan le Fey had still been playing around destorying London little by little when her ring commanded her to go to Star City and would not let up about it so she decided to go but not before casting to spells to finish up. With her first spell she killed most of the people in London magicing all their hearts out of their chests and to her and then with her next spell sent a magic energy blast that destoryed much of what remained of the city.
She truly did enjoy her new power upgrade and with that teleported herself and her son to Star City.
