The psychic attack works, but Kid Amazo's undead state sends back what can't be a pleasant sensation at all.
"Haven't...." He lurches to his feet. "Haven't you noticed, tyke? Death is on MY side."
There's a flicker of dust, and the space he occupied is left vacant. He comes back into few just inches in front of Ty, uppercut already closing in.
