"I will. I promise." Roy says. He speaks the passcode he has for the JLA teleporter and vanishes from sight, all the while hating himself for lying to his daughter.
He simply trusts that this will all work out someday, when his plan comes to fruition.
Maybe she, Ollie and the rest of the family will learn to forgive him by then.
