The Jokerz who Will tapped seemed startled to find him there. He swerved and threw a bomb at Will.
One of the bikes was hit with the energy pulse and the engine shut down. The clown on the bike wasn't prepared for it and he swerved, causing the bike to land on its side and go skidding across the pavement.
