Re: Lian and Damien
Damien is in another study on the opposite side of the house, still smarting from his wounds in the fight with Ra's. He was going to need a week or two to recover, at the old-fashioned rate.
When Lian arrives, however, Damien rises and walks over to his wife. He kneels, albeit slowly, to kiss her hips and then her belly, where their children grew. Then he rises slolwy and smiles.
"I am so sorry for everything that has happened, Beloved. But we are free now. We can finally be a family." he says.
