Cerdian had dozed off, holding Lian's hand, when the images assaulted him. He could hear the children crying and fussing about him, reaching down to pick up a particular dark-haired girl while his sister picked up the bald little boy.
He knows his sister can't wait to tell Damien how awesome they were. She thinks she's going to get him first, but he's not letting that happen. She starts to walk down the hallway, passing a nurse who questions what they're doing.
Her sister stabs the nurse in the throat and keeps walking.
Cerdian's eyes snap open as he realizes he doesn't /have/ a sister, but that someone /does/ have Alex and Donna.
Rather than wake Lian, he runs for the nursery.
