Nic had purchased a gift for Mickey's birthday right after Kermit had come back from the dead. It would be easily found on Nic's dresser at the Brownstone, a poorly-wrapped box containing a pair of fabulous heels with a note promising to steal them back ASAP.
Except the thefting would now never come.
