The water seemed like a great idea at the time and it probably was, but right now, it was about to be a problem.
Once the water became fire, Cerdian had to let go of it and dodge behind cover, but not before the sleeve of his shirt caught fire, which he tried to pat out, then roll upon to keep from spreading.
