Florian tries to crank the water on higher and keep it aimed at the robots, but they're obviously waterproof and were only caught off guard. He wasn't sure how he could get away now, or that he even would if he could. The robots were after him, not Wonder Girl. She'd already been knocked to one knee, even if she was taking care of that manhunter the other two were left.
If he could get them away from her he could at least make sure she wasn't harmed too badly trying to protect him. He accidentally shreds his lip again with his teeth before launching himself sideways away from Wonder Girl and the other manhunters. He was glad that he ended up moving through the air again. Maybe that way he could get farther before they caught him.
