Ganthet nodded slowly, perhaps a bit sadly. These young humans had not asked for what had happened to them, but destiny rarely called at a moment of one's choosing. What had been, had been, and he would have to do what he could to guide it.
"Sadly, Ms. Collins, I do not know a way to remove the shards of the Entities at this time. Nor, with the physical transformations some of them have induced, would I wish to without great study.
"And you, young Florian Martel, may prove yourself most useful, if we are forced to fight against the Green Lanterns. Even the greatest of Green Lanterns may be briefly stymied by fear. Fear and Willpower are natural enemies; your power can undercut theirs."
He nodded to himself. "To Oa first. Like it or not, we will need the help of the Green Lanterns if we are to battle the Manhunters in greater numbers."
