Sirius doesn't need this. He is, in his own words, "to old for this shit." Besides, the Missus never really likes it when he goes to Oa in the first place. One of the reasons he took the Sector House job was to be closer to her and the pups and grandpups.
"Proper procedure, Miss," he says, amiably enough. "You're welcome to file a complaint, but if the Guardians have probable cause, I'm inclined to believe them."
