She sees someone trying to ignore the compulsion too. She doesn't even know why but she puts her hand on his arm and struggles to do something this... whatever it is doesn't expect.
"Hey there, fancy meeting you here." She has no idea who he is. But her head is starting to hurt a little less and it's easier to fight whatever this is so that's okay. Hopefully he doesn't think she's totally cray because she needs to work around the compulsion.
