"But there's a difference between hating to lie and enjoying it." He lies often, mostly for secret ID or crimefighting reasons, and he's generally rather good at it but he doesn't like or hate lying, it's just a job requirement. And a way to keep things private. If people didn't want him lying they shouldn't ask stuff he won't reveal.
"Still...you're hard to pin down. You take defending your employers too far but you have standards and stick to your word. You're a thief but you hate to lie. You don't mind flirting with crimefighters but run after you kiss them. And you're...a professional in most ways but you get surprised at people breaking into your place. Nobody's ever done that?
