He's not sure what she expects. She's a criminal, he's a crimefighter. Crimefighters break into criminal's places. It was really quite straightforward. Why the big deal about it? It's not like he's going to hurt her.
Another shrug, "It was the easiest way to find you. You no doubt have a lot I don't know about..." He's not sure why he said that. To cheer her up? She looked so glum. InnerBatman is wondering why he even cares though. And he's still not sure how to answer that.
