Because now he knows for sure she isn't mad about the snowball stunt, and he's feeling a lot less intimidated by her and more relaxed. Harry makes a mental note that red flames equal Saishu mad at you.
"Well we both need the practice so...hit me I guess." Harry levitates in place and waits for round 2 to begin.
