Normally he'd have caught her but between one of his hands being occupied and the fact that she's trying to leave while still recovering? No catching.
He walks up to her, now on the floor, and glares down at her. From this angle it's even more obvious how much he towers over her and the glare just makes it worse. "Trying to leave and go open up your stitches are we?"
