The first place in Chicago was a spectacularly nice apartment. Not quite penthouse level, but on one of the building's top floors. Three bed, three bath, spacious living room, balcony with hot tub, a room that had been used as a "study" by the previous tenant. Came with access to the building's pool and gym.
It was probably bigger than some people's houses.
"Hmm," Avia mused. "Not to shabby..."
