"I left a note in there to taunt them," she says slowly. "So them being pissed? My fault."
She blinks then gives him a look. "Do I need to bribe you with visions of me dressed up as a nurse if you stay in bed like a good birdy?"
She might be teasing him if the way her eyebrow arches is any indication.
