He raises an eyebrow at her, "It's bad business to arrest your moles you know. Especially for things you expect them to do," he points out. Really, short of murder he wasn't going to be arresting her. He's conflicted about arresting good thieves to begin with regardless of how good a source of info she was. Plus he liked her. Maybe it was a little selfish.
