He shoots her a shy, almost goofy, smile at that. "I mean it."
"Did we want to get drinks?" He doesn't actually drink, but certainly doesn't mind if others do. And he feels more comfortable with just her rather than this crowd of people so interested in them, getting drinks might give them a breather from the crowds.
