He has no idea what to make of all this. Heather getting hurt has him panic for a brief moment, and everyone else pulling out their powers to get stuff done has him feeling lost for what to do. He wasn't a fighter, he had no powers to help with that. So Harry decides to help the only way he really can in this situation. He starts teleporting the slower moving guests and people who have frozen up or have fallen, straight to the door to speed things up. Hopefully it'll help the evacuation.
