"Wannabe" by the Spice Girls starts blaring over the remains of the intercom system as Nick takes out one of the Intergang guys with a quick series of rapid strikes from surprise.

He always found Pop music to make for such a great distraction. He had not noticed the New Guardians were there before but figured a little uncounted upon help couldn't hurt.
