"If I wanted to sneak up on you I would have. But seeing as how you're going to help me I don't see a point in doing that," he points out from his perch in the shadows where he'd been watching Varon clean up. He still thought that lifting the building had been over-the-top and caused far more damage than needed. A quick patching up wasn't going to fix things well, but what was done was done. Might as well use this guy's powers to his advantage and clean up the main stash of weapons here in Hub City before they ever got to Gotham.
