Harry is looking a little jumpy, all this fighting has him on edge and Saishu charging in startles him. His first instinct is to get her back, but he reminds himself they're supposed to fight these...people? To make matters worse, he doesn't quite trust his teleporting anymore.
So instead he just looks at Cindy, wide-eyed, and waits for her instructions. That was always the safe bet right?
