Harry isn't far from the snack table, it's the best spot to see the whole room and get an idea of where everyone is. That way he can see Jess enjoying the football, keep an eye on his new employer, and be easy enough to signal should Cindy need any last minute help for something. Oh, and of course watch out for the green lantern Conan guy. The rest of his team was here pretty much so it wasn't a stretch...
You really didn't get over being kidnapped and sent to space jail for unclear reasons at the time by a giant barbarian like guy. Not even if he was supposed to be a hero.
So Harry will stick to his, slightly nervous, quiet snacking as he scopes out the room.
