The stairs lead to a closed rooftop exhibit with a new addition, a slight abstract metal structure meant to be a representation of Gotham. Hanging off one of the bat-like elements is the last note she'll find.

While she's distracted by reading that note, a familiar figure comes up behind her, close enough to be pressed against her back and his arm goes around to show her the last note, written in French.
