Riley shakes his head. "Not that I know of or that Dad ever told me about. It takes a certain amount of will to get it to start up in the first place, so this right here--" he points at his feet on the floor, "--is about as 'off' as it gets while it's still on my finger." He looks at the energy bands. "As far as I can tell, it's on minimal power to keep your handcuff things going, and the safety mechanisms in it won't let me take it off while it's still running.
The Legion didn't want any of its members to wind up as street pizza because of a bad fit or sweaty fingers. Go figure."
