Tomas is also getting ready for a night's work. He has his own rounds to make, investigating some of the leads they've started picking up on. Stopping the shipments was one thing - but there'd always be more thugs. Only way to really cripple the trade was to remove the money.
Still, he needs to eat, and is already settled in with his food when Maria and Thomas walk in.
