He's good at this. Very good. Quick too.
Tess, however, is just a little quicker. She manages to get in a grazing blow to one of the areas with barely protected wiring - which is useful a moment later when he tries to another electrical blast - and nothing happens. The effort leaves him a little more open than he intended for counterattack.
