To be honest he'd always been the type to use the striking fear method when he could, he found it worked, and the brighter style Dick had just never suited him. But this was something else, and the look Bruce gave him along with the slight challenge in the question actually had some of the nervousness seep away so he could look the man in the eye again.

And...I know I have no right to it, or to even ask really, you letting me stay Robin is a lot and I appreciate it more than I can explain.
