Devony got angry, she moved along side with Mano as they move through Joker's men. She snaps her fingers at two of his followers, both of which caught on fire. She started to laugh at the sight of fire. She loved fire, normally she had a hard time controlling herself from burning or exploding everything to pieces.
She took aim at the tank as well, doing her best to keep the Joker distracted and to make sure the tank didn't go anywhere.
