It seems that Mongul is ignoring Avalon.
That is a bad idea on his part.

Spreading his wings a bit, Avalon's arms go wide, out even with his shoulders as he brings up a wave of Hope within himself and then begins to leech the precious yellow power from Mongul's rings as quickly as he can.
