"Hey. Don't be afraid. We'll find you and we'll get you out of there. You and everyone else. No matter what, okay?" She framed his face with both of her hands and looked into his eyes. "Please don't be scared, my love. Please. It's going to be okay. I won't let anything terrible happen to you. I won't."
Kat took a deep breath and even in his dreamwalking state, he'd feel her coiling herself around him spiritually.
"I want you to try to come to me in my next dream as well. Just in case I miss details. Promise me you'll try and promise me you'll believe, that you'll hope."
