If Cindy broke Nic's brain, the process is entirely mutual.

Nic's 'correction' of Cindy's attempt to show that she had 'a realistic self-image' (by her own standards, some of which were inherited) left Lenore Cynthia Montgomery Lord rather flatterflustered.
"That's so nice of you to say, thank you," she says, blushing. "But seriously, I'm just saying when we're all legal and I'm trying to talk people into the 2013 Scantily-Clad Superheroine Charity Calendar, I've got better marketing savvy than to participate directly when I could focus on trying to convince devastatingly beautiful winged goddesses." Pause. "And such."
Embarrassed omigosh-I-sound-so-stupid clearing of throat. "Anyway, meanwhile, some of us are much further from Kryptonian powerhouseness than others, so I'm hoping for any suggestions about physical training that all of you can give me. Had some self-defense lessons in gym class at St. Elias, but it was mostly 'fight dirty just long enough to get a chance to run away,' and I'm pretty sure I'm going to need a lot more than that."
