In Star City Jane woke up. Then she fell out of her bed onto her knees. Her body shook and she touched her hair expecting to feel slime. Nothing was there and it was just a dream.
Then she was struck by something, this was the first dream she had ever recalled upon waking up. That was strange and also disturbing for the detective. She got up and moved to her bedroom window and stared out. It looked like other people were waking up.
It had her frown and watch them move around before she shook her head and went to take a shower. She would not be going back to sleep.
