Since Mikey had gone to the trouble to make those nifty communicators, Rex decides to use them to lay out the plan.
"Power Boy, Shazam, Fate and Flash: we need to draw Atlas away from here to some place less populated. I'll want you guys to get his attention at get him to the edge of town. Hopefully, we can drop him there.
Onyx, Hourgirl, Hawkgirl and Mikey: I want all of you on crowd control to start. Let's get this fire contained and these people to safety. Once that's done, go ahead and join the rest of us. Hourgirl, you're in charge of the relief effort." Warhawk tells them.
